“INDUSTRIAL SYSTEMS” INS    was established in 2005 as the result of the 12 years of gaining experience in the heat treatment of different materials.

The company is engaged professionally in the construction and equipping of heat treatment installations .

We carry out projects for the construction of thermic equipment, modernization of existing outputs, automation, monitoring, remote control and industrial processes. Since 2006, we have concentrated on the two main directions of Work:
  • Surface Heat treatment .


  • Volumetric heat treatment in Vacuum.


  • REALIZED PROJECTS

    The projects constructed and realized by us have proved in the course of time to be successful in real production conditions and have guaranteed high quality of the respective production.

    Our disposal in the Surface heat treatment direction (ion nitriding and carbonitriding in pulsed glow discharge and gas case carburising):

  • Installations for ion nitriding and carbonitriding with impulsive pulsed glow discharge with a 50 kW or 75kW capacity.


  • Ion nitriding equipment through the furnace’s hot wall (vertical zone heating of the furnace) with a capacity up to 100 kW.


  • ОEquipping of bicameral vacuum furnaces used for hardening by horizontally charged transport mechanism using a gas case carburising system.

    -Capacity: 25 kW, 50 kW, 75kW, 100 kW, 200 kW
    -Temperature up to 1300 degrees
    - Cooling – oil, gas and combined.

         Our disposal in the volumetric heat treatment in vacuum directionwe have:
  • Bicameral vacuum furnaces for hardening by horizontally charged transport mechanism with a 50 kW capacity, temperature up to 1300 degrees and cooling in gas, nitrogen or oil.


  • Bicameral vacuum furnaces for hardening by horizontally charged transport mechanism with a 100 kW capacity. Temperature up to 1300 degrees and cooling in gas, nitrogen or oil.


  • Bicameral vacuum furnaces for hardening by horizontally charged transport mechanism with a 106 kW capacity, temperature up to 1300 degrees and cooling in gas, nitrogen or oil.


  • Unicameral vacuum furnaces for margining with a 25 to 100 kW capacity and temperature up to 750 degrees.


  • Monitoring systems for thermal processes using the TCP/ IP web Internet and Ethernet, etc.
