Companies with reputation hold firmly to qualitative service.
The service organization – guaranteed and non-guaranteed service should be a fundamental requirement in the investment equipment purchase. This is a bilateral process between the customer and the salesman, which is currently being established and cultivated in Bulgaria.
The presence of a service organization should be the criteria for making the final purchasing decision.
Companies, which value their reputation have solved the problem with service one way or another (directly or indirectly) – specialists, spare parts, as well parts with low resistance index kept in storage for already delivered machines. If this is not pointed out in the salesman’s offer, then the customer has to insist on it before making the final decision. It’s also compulsory to add it as a condition in the delivery contract.
The service work we offer consists of two parts:
- Guarantee support, кwhich includes systematic and emergency service maintenance of the installations, carried out by a qualified team, geared up with the needed equipment and instruments for diagnosis and possible error correction.
The duration of the contract is negotiated when entering into agreement for delivery and installation. However, it’s never less than a year. - Non-guaranteed maintenance, for which an additional contract is made after expiration of the guaranty. The conditions are set when negotiating the service.
Under all conditions the aim of the company is to secure the least possible time for the machine to be damaged.
However, the daily attendance after the machine is the obligation of the currently working staff. They should follow and keep a schedule for refilling the oil, changing the filters and cleaning the machinery.
