“INDUSTRIAL SYSTEMS” designs and produces complete solutions for the automation in the manufacturing processes, as we stress on the control of the temperature processes, as well as a control over operations, lightning, access, vacuum work, etc. The control is made by industrial controllers /PLC/ which receive digital information through high-speed transmitters from several temperature or other sensors, connected to the particular production. This enables the controller to regulate the necessary for the specific production parameters with a very high accuracy. High quality and repetition of the producing processes are therefore provided.
The industrial controllers give a wide range of possible graphic visual aids of the process, remote control and tuning through an inner Ethernet or global Internet Web, statistics for the already done procedures and eventual errors, graphics, etc. The use of such automatized systems is possible in almost all spheres of production like metal and wood processing ( drying and bending of wood, food-processing industry, manufacturing of plastic and polythene ware, agriculture ( grain drying), even building automation for the maintenance of optimal conditions for living and working on any given premises. Last, but no least there’s the power effectiveness, which is cared for by a precise control over the processes.
We produce unique equipment suitable to the needs of the clients. Temperature transmitters, output, pressure, and others through communication using CAN or TCP/IP with a galvanic isolation.
