Vacuum hardening

Volumetric thermal treatment in vacuum:
Furnaces and operating for one and bicameral vacuum equipment, for tempering and margining by a temperature of 1300 degrees and a capacity up to 400 kg.
Operating:
- Based on PLC/ Graphic HMI
- Constant monitoring of the operating parameters
- Remote managing and monitoring of the working process.

The temperature in the heating furnace is measured by a couple of thermo elements Pt-PtRo R- type, situated in opposite positions. The pressure (vacuum) is followed by “Leybold – Vacuum” transmitters, placed accordingly in the cooling and heating furnace.

The starting of a process is done by a program chosen in advance, which is at automatic regime and with set conditions. If any of the parameters goes out the chosen limits or fails, an alarm will go off. If there is any danger, damage or malfunction of the parts being processed, the process is stopped until a recovery is possible.
The control over the vacuum furnace contains of several sub processes, which are mutually connected.
A control over the vacuum pumps and the valves during vacuuming, charging, heating, gas-collecting and cooling. Measuring the vacuum levels in the heating and cooling furnace.
Strict control over the transporting mechanism while recharging taking out parts to and from the heating furnace, as well as a plunge in oil or cooling in gas.
Managing the heating gas-collecting system is done by one of the 50 chosen programs in advance in the heating of 5 zones. Each one of them has its own time for reaching and keeping a temperature up to 1270 degrees with an accuracy exactly -/+ 1 degree. The gas-collecting system is activated when a given temperature zone is reached and the necessary vacuum levels, using joint time, are refreshed and a new limit is chosen.
Cooling Control For this process, there are 6 cooling sub regimes, according to the chosen program – be it in oil, gas, vacuum, with or without ventilator. The cooling process also includes control over the gas-collecting system with the cooling gas.
A stock of the working history remote access and diagnostics are done by Ethernet TCP/IP and enables remote control in real time.
